This series just keeps getting better and better. I really love these characters and the fact that they are not one dimensional. While Rachel continues to be deep in the proverbial doo-doo, her character continues to grow and change, as do all the characters in the books. I love that they acknowledge who they are and their inherent natures and then go beyond that to be the person/vampire/witch/pixie that they want to be. I have to be honest, if I were Rachel Morgan the series would have ended a long time ago because I would have just sat down and refused to move until all the problems went away on their own. But this series is getting better and better. Rachel stays true to her standards, even though most of her boundaries have been ripped away by circumstance, and she just keeps going and going and going.
