This book was going to be a 3 star rating at first....then I got to the end...
The end blew me away and made up for all the slowness I had to endure in various other parts of the book. I definitely did not expect it.
I found the idea behind this book very interesting. Love as a disease. Creative.
It will be interesting to see where this story goes.

I absolutely fell in love with this book. The author did such an amazing job with a different plot. When I first started reading this book, I thought “how corny is this going to be”? I mean love actually being removed from people, a criminal offence etc… However, the deeper I got the more enthralled I was with the story.

Very odd.
I didn't think I would like Lena at first and Hana really surprised me. There were moments were a character was about to make a confession and you automatically knew what they were about to say. Some scenes were kind of predictable.
In the beginning, I didn't think Alex and Lena had that "wow" factor about them. I really didn't think they would be a good match. But again I was surprised.
Overall really good book. I think I'm going to read her debut novel Before I Fall because of this on ...more

This books is about world of what if. No type love just indifference. Very interesting concept. At first the book made me think about how easy it would be to live in a world without love and without any pain. But as the book progress I began to see all the different types of love there are and how much it would SUCK to live without a little bit of love in this world. This was a good read. I cannot wait to read the next book in 2012

This book took awhile for me to get into. Not really until she fell for Alex did I start liking it. However after that I did not want to stop reading it. Fantastic.
