Everyone in Dublin would like a piece of MacKayla Lane. Having accepted her gift as a sidhe seer, or one who can see through fae glamour, she’s focused on getting answers about her sister’s murder and trying to fulfill her last request — to find and protect an ancient faery relic. She’s made an alliance with the strong, rough Jericho Barrons. He’s helped her this far, and that isn’t going to change.

This was one of those books that, for me atleast, felt pretty slow in the beginning. However, some where in there I got addicted to the story. I ended up staying up pretty late just to finish it. I had to know what was going to happen and how it was going to end.
Something I really appreciated about this book was that Mac was not nearly as annoying as she was in the first one. Totally stuck on her looks and what not. She is still some what stuck on them, but she isn't shoving her pink fashion sen ...more

It was awesome! I liked it. Ate it right up. Would be reading
right now if I didn't have other things I needed to read first.
I have to say, I'm really liking Mac as a heroine. She's not super whiny like others sometimes are. She's getting tougher and not letting Barrons or other people walk all over her as much anymore.
The story in this one was good. Learned a tiny bit more about V'lane. (I don't trust those Fae. Sneaky little things.) Some characters from the last book showed up like the m ...more

I give this book five stars. Does Bloodfever deserve these five stars? I have no idea. All I know is that this series is horribly addicting.
I'm flying through this series right now, and I can't exactly recall what this one was about. I can tell a few things about these books as whole though.
Karen Marie Moning is a terrible person. No really. She is the absolute master of cliffhangers. She doesn't even save them for the end of the book; she implements them at the end of chapters too. She keeps dr ...more

Moning draws you right into Mac's world. She's had to change a lot in order to survive and I'm looking forward to book 3.
