A couple people recommended this book to me and I'm glad I took them up on it and read it. Pia was a great heroine. She was smart and resourceful. Don't let the cheesy cover throw you off, this is a fun story that will leave you wanting more.

What I enjoyed:
* Pia. She made one stupid mistake before the book started and it snowballs into craziness. I love that she stood up to Dragos, his sentinels and Urien.

This one totally lived up to the hype. I was worried that I was coming to the party a little late. I had heard such great things and luckily it lived up to all of them. I was expecting a wonderful hero and heroine and I certainly got them. Much has been said about Dragos and he is a true alpha hero, not just a bully/jerk that so often passes for "alpha" in romance. Great book. Dragos & Pia are so good together. I liked the way she was accepted & accepted them and became part of his family. Her interactions with the guys is funny. Look forward to the next book. Good characters.

This was a surprising read. I thought this would be the same old romancy type of book. It has a solid plot with twists. I really enjoyed the charachters. There were plenty of supporting characters, as well. (view spoiler) that really had me - which was nice. First off, I'm not a huge PNR fan, and I have very rarely read more than book 1 of a PNR series, but I am looking forward to continuing this one. This book definitely surprised me with an actual story beyond the romance, the banter between the two main characters got silly at points, but always entertaining, and I enjoyed a lot of the minor characters enough to want to read a book about them - Hello Rune!
