Lover Avenged was a little hard for me to get into initially, but once I did, I couldn't stop. The audiobook was, as always, awesome! I love listening to this series. The reader, Jim Frangione, is fantastic. Initially I was going to rate it 4★ b/c of the slow start (IMHO), but I just can't bring myself to do it. In the end, I was left wanting more.

This book, above the others, had me laughing out loud in parts (see comments made throughout reading/listening). I love Ward's writing style, even ...more

I just loved this book, Rehv was as awesome as i thought he would be, so interesting and amusing. gotta love him, drug dealer, pimp, Simpath and all...
You see, when i come across a very good book, i stay up all night until im finished with it. But with this book? it was sooo gooood i made my self go to sleep because i didnt want it to end. It was that good.

Cant wait to John and Xehx story in april 2010. Lover Mine here i come. ...more

This book is about the Brother Rehvenge. Although not as exciting as the books before it, it makes you fall in love with the special Brother and discover his kindness.

This might actually be a 4.5 but I had to deduct a little because the first 80-90 pages were so hard to get into. There was too much going on at first but then the book kind of finds it's groove and got really good. I wish there had been more of Rehv and Ehlena. I started off not really liking Rehv but now he's probably one of my top two favorites from the series. ...more
