I'm giving this five stars, but it's a qualified 5 stars--Shadowfever better live up to the promises made by this book, and anything less than a HEA for Mac and JZB will be a HUGE disappointment and completely negate the awesome of this book. We finally see them moving beyond snarky comments and mysterious questions. We get to see a more vulnerable JZB and a peek into his (deeply disturbed) mind. V'lane is thankfully MIA for much of this book, which makes me think that there is a much smaller ch

Aghhh! The ENDING!!!!!!! This series is growing on me by leaps and bounds. Definitely another must read for anyone who love paranormal romances whose characters are complex and unpredictable and aren't jumping into the bed in the first page. As I type this I am on about page 60 or so of the last, 5th, book and taking a stress break! The last book is killing me! Go read it!
