I knew. I knew a couple of books back. The clues were all there, although Ms Moning is the mistress of the red herring. (Trying not to give away spoilers here, but... OMG.) The start of the book - OMG and UNF! The end of the book - OMFG! This review is not terribly coherent, but if you've read the book you know what I mean. I'm starting the final installment straight away.

I'm rereading the first four in the series in anticipation of the fifth, and final book, which just came out. I'm really enjoying them all over again, and while I don't really feel like I'm seeing things I missed before, I do feel like my original feelings of the characters are being reinforced. Mac can be intensely annoying and Barrons is frustrating, but I like how she's changed and I'm still rooting for him instead of V'lane. Can't wait to finish the story - I'm really hoping it's not a big d

Ack! All I keep thinking is please tell me the next book is out because I can't stand to wait to find out what happens. It's just cruel to do this to your readers.
