What Members Thought

Meghan is at the Winter Court nursing her broken heart when the scepter is stolen and she decides to go after it (with some help of course). This time around there is a lot more teenage angst to deal with.
What I enjoyed:
* Ironhorse
* Leanansidhe
* Grimalkin. He is playing his own game by his own rules, like most cats.
What could have been better:
* Love triangles suck, somehow they are even more angsty in YA novels.
* Meghan was a doormat for most of this book.
* (view spoiler) ...more

The second book of The Iron Fey series started well. Meghan is taken to the winter court by the boy she loves and then he leaves without even a parting word. She spends some time at the court, without any true friends or allies, and then Ash comes back. At this point I'm expecting her to do something abou ...more

The Iron Daughter is slightly better than the first book. I definitely enjoyed reading it. Meghan is finally growing on me and I love Ash and I like Puck and absolutely love Grimm. The love triangle if you can called it that was weak and totally unbelievable. I just expected more from this book, I do believe the series is growing and getting better with each book and I hope the next installment is much better.
