What Members Thought

A little confusing with the worldbuilding at times, but the characters more than make up for it. Rachel is an awesome heroine who doesn't compromise her personal code in lieu of results. The events of this story have peaked my interest to read the next in the series and it looks like I have some catching up to do since she's on #9 the last time I checked. A second re-read!
Still enjoyable third time round.
2015 re-read:
I first read this 8 years ago, and while the story was familiar, enough details had been lost in the sands of time to make the re-read enjoyable. There was a little fore-shadowing of the main bugbear I have with the later books, and Trent was a little unrecognisable really, he changed a lot. And, Kisten was there :)

Having trouble getting into this one, although I really tend to enjoy this genre lately. This reads as a first attempt... may get better with a little patience on my part. I'll give it a bit yet.
