Excellent additon to the series. Kitty is charged with libel after speculating on the strange things that happen around Speedy Marts. The meeting with the company's CEO starts a whole avalanche of events. The second storyline follows three young men that were changed into werewolves in the military to be a part of an elite killing squad. There return to the States is a strong analogy of how our youth are treated when they return from the horrors of war. Kitty steps up her role as alpha with Ben ...more

This series still makes me happy 8 books in. Corwin is back, and although that's still a little awkward, I'm glad to see him again. I have yet to tire of Kitty's radio show, and they always tie in nicely to the story. And possibly best quality of all, Vaughn gives us actual conclusions in each book, so high five for that! ...more
