So it was fun to see all the characters "living" (or not living) in Half Moon Hollow. I'm Dreaming of an Undead Christmas is a character reunion of all the characters from the Jane Jamison series by Molly Harper and the Half Moon Hollow series. Many authors do holiday reunion books, most are fun and almost all do not add any substance to the series. I'm Dreaming of an Undead Christmas is no different in those respects, but the author and publisher have made the audio book version is free on audi ...more

This was fun holiday short full of Half Moon Hollow/Jane Jamison characters. Gigi returns home for the holidays, her first since Iris, her sister, went vampy. While out and about, Gigi has her first run-in with the handsome, mysterious vampire (their HEA featured in The Dangers of Dating a Rebound Vampire, book #3).

I LOVED the inclusion of Harper's holiday recipes at the end. I was getting kinda drooly over the idea of a bacon-wrapped turkey.

Molly Harper and Amanda Ronconi are a match made in bibliophile heaven. I laughed so hard at the variety of voices and accents and the emotions that poured through my headphones. As long as Amanda Ronconi narrates Molly Harper books, I will buy them and listen to them in great detail.

Only bad thing about this? Now I want to know more about Gigi!
A book away from an episode of hoarders
I've long known that I love Molly Harper's writing, along with the brilliant narration of Amanda Ronconi, and this cute novella further cemented that.

I would buy anything that involved this pair, as even the recipes at the end of the novella were humorous.

3.5 stars, not a lot happens and mostly it's a catch up with all the couples from the other series, which a set up for the next novel The Dangers of Dating a Rebound Vampire. Definitely not one to read without having read the rest of Molly Harper's nice girl/Jane Jameson series and it's spin-off (to which this novella belongs, Half Moon Hollow series.

A nice little recap with some of the characters you know and love for readers of the two series, but not a good introduction for newbies.

The reason I keep coming back to Molly Harper; is merely for the comedy.
