One Fell Sweep still had a serious topic - religious persecution! - but the tone wasn't as dark as the last book. Loved that the book was centered in our usual cast of characters: Dina, Sean, Arland plus the arrival of Maud, Dina's older sister. She's a total badass!!

Great twist at the end. It just shows how the powerful use religion to control the masses.

Totally looking forward to the next book in the series!
