What Members Thought
Another short story set in the Elemental Assassin series, this one shortly before the events of the first book, Spider's Bite. Despite being set chronologically earlier, I felt it best to read this (and the two earlier shorts) out of chronological sequence, to get a fuller understanding of the characters and their motivations. I'm glad I did! Here, Gin takes out Cliff Ingles, the corrupt cop with a side hobby of raping young girls. The best part of the story, of course, is Gin's introspection as
