Another short story of teenaged Gin, this time told from her assassin mentor Fletcher's point of view. Gin's on her first solo mission while Fletcher watches from the shadows secretly to ensure her safety should anything go wrong. And, as suspected by this reader, we learn that Fletcher really does know more about the deaths of Gin's mom and older sister.
