I know Wildest Dreams and the Fantasyland series is popular with a lot of KA fans. I wanted to love this, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment for me. *Sigh*

Even though it's a fantasy, it still had the same style and issues typical of Kristen Ashley's books. The writing is overly detailed, wordy, and long-winded with an annoying slang style of rambling narration. I started this review when I was 80% finished with the bo0k and my thought was..wow. N0t because the plot was unique, it wasnt, or the story telling beautiful, it was okay, but wow because it was that l0ng? I just LOVED this! Fantasyland is a great name for the series b/c it is truly fantastical! I love me some fantasy! Book 2, please!

This one for some reason took me three tries before I got through it. Now while I ended up enjoying the book, I will say that Finnie seemed a bit naive at times and Frey while I suppose that is the way he's suppose to be was a bit arrogant. It's been a while since I read this and I didn't get to reviewing it earlier, so this will be short.

We are introduced to a parallel universe that resembles medieval times, where every person from this world has a "twin" there. Finnie, the heroine, is a thrill seeker, and when she discovers the existence of that parallel world, she decides that visiting it for a while would be a great adventure.
