OMG!!! I’m totally blown away by this series. Jane is a fantastic character and Beast is absolutely hilarious and a perfect counterbalance to Jane’s personality. I happened to listen to this in audiobook format and Khristine Hvam’s narration is just spot on for me. She effortlessly moves from one character to another and each character’s voice is distinctive.

Mercy Blade, the third installment in the Jane Yellowrock series, is my first time reading anything by Faith Hunter and I can’t help but be floored and shocked that she’s somehow managed to stay off of my radar for this long!
