I did not see "Winger" coming. I picked it up for a book discussion, and I am so glad I did.
I think the feel of the book can be described with the phrase, "Catastrophic Penis Injury."
I found myself laughing out loud throughout the entire book. Ryan Dean West was hilarious, and I loved his outlook on life. His various hotness scales, graphs and cartoons were great. I especially liked when he wrote what he thought Mrs. Singer said and then what she actually said.

Flawless--an exemplary contemporary teen novel with major guy appeal, humor, drawings, romance, sports, all while not shying away from tough issues. Tough, yet tender, sweet in moments, and hilarious in others. This is one of the best books I've read in a long time--a modern master along with John Green and Rainbow Rowell. Do not overlook this book--it's characters are unforgettable and you will enjoy every second.
