Very creative original book. It reminds me so much of a book I read in middle school called Sender Unknown. In the beginning I was a little freaked out I must admit ( I mean cmon the pictures were quite creepy) After the big part in the story is revealed, I calmed down as was able to enjoy the adventure in this book. I think what I liked most about this book is the setting. The fact that it had two made it better. I could feel the difference between the tone and mood when the setting shifted and ...more

Lots of mysteries that ravel and unravel as the book progresses. Interesting premise, interesting resolution. It's plainly the beginning of a series, but it resolves well enough on its own. Easy to read. Not too gory. Creepy (genuine historical) photos. ...more
