Shelves: favorites, books-i-own

I Liked this book alot. But for me...the Story went like this:
I searched this book on Goodreads, It was voted in every genre very high, I was like "Oh...I have got to read this book" then I bought it and when I read a few chapters I was bored and I closed the book...No really I am serious. But eventually I gave this book another chance... I read it once more and oh yeah I finished it and I loved this book. But there were some parts where I didn't like this book...

I have heard so many good things about this series that I just knew I had to try it, especially now that there will be a movie made.
I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. This is a great series.
I love the message that is betrayed throughout, sometimes in small subtle ways and sometimes not.
Tally is a kick butt heroine that does what needs to be done and is loyal to those she loves. Not only does she learn some valuable lessons along the way about learning to see inside others where true beauty li ...more

i really enjoyed this book when i read it, and i think the ideas in the plot are very good. i can't really remember much about this book as i read it quite a while ago, but it kept my attention and i read it in 2 sittings, although, i never really felt any urgency to buy the sequel.
besides from that, i thought it was a well though out book and i reccomend it to any readers who are interested in it ...more
