Having just finished Book 1 in the series, the Black Dagger Brotherhood world was still very fresh in my mind when I read Lover Eternal, and I appreciated the differences in the two books (I find that sometimes PNRs fall into a formulaic trap, specifically with the "fated mates" aspect). I started reading this right before bedtime, finished it that night and then had to get started on the sequel.
The only thing that bothered me was the weak ending. But really it hardly bothered me at all.

Definitely a lot of *siiiggghhhhhh* and *awwww* moments in this book ;-)
I cannot tell you how may times I have read (listened) to this book. This is my absolute fav of the series.
