I love this series. Every single one is interesting and I couldn't put them down . This one was a little different however. It was still very good but it seemed like Bones was possessed , well Cat too for that matter. It was almost like he had a total personality transformation. I couldn't believe Bones would do some of the things he did in this book and then the explanations for the reasons he did those things just didn't seem to sit well with me. I am absolutely loving this series and all it's characters. Everybody that has ever mentioned this series to me talked about Bones, as much as he is sexy and everything else he is. I am loving Tate. I wish Cat could have them both.

The Gist: A master vampire, Gregor, wants to claim Cat as his wife, which challenges the relationship between Cat and Bones.
My Review: The relationship between Cat and Bones felt real and gritty. It's an emotional ride as they battle through issues of trust, commitment, jealously, communication, etc. Like the rest of the series, there was a decent amount of gore and action. Plus, there are a few shockers in this one... but I won't spoil the fun!

I love Cat & Bones so watching them fight and tear each other apart through a lot of this book is difficult. I actually stayed up too late reading to get to a part where they were OK with each other so I could sleep. Vlad & Annette both have some great lines and serve to break up the tension a bit. There were some revelations in this story (and others hinted at - I know something's up with Don!) that will push the series in new directions and I'm looking forward to the continued journey with Cat
