The level of romance, fighting, and paranormal was in a good mix.
Usually in paranormal romance books I find that they lack in romance for my taste (or they are just romance and barely anything else except that), but not this one.
The main character, Elena, is interesting enough. Those flashes of her memories (the dripping blood and all) keep the reader interested in her and the whole story about them, because they just come and go ...more

Interesting story of archangel Raphael and vampire huntress Ellie. The book was okay and the story line solid, however I think I was still in the Psy-Changeling world.

It was interesting to learn a bit more about the angels and that they are not always as good as we think. Raphael is definitely intriguing as well as his "7", which I'm hoping NS does books about. I would so be interested in Demitri's story.

I was pleasantly surprised. Singh just has this way of creating very compelling characters that always leave me wanting to know more. The plot was weird and sort of thin in the beginning but I liked Elena and Raphael so much I didn't let it bother me too much. I've already picked up book #2 and look forward to reading it. ...more
