well gotta say that if Reacher ever gets a job with Rapp they could probably beat a whole countrty against them. Not by killing them all but by combining their strategical knowledge and by their shooting skills..

This book prooves that Child is learning... as the second book of the Reacher series there is less used word shrugged. And I was really really spotting them out after the first book.
Pace of the book is like a roller coaster which I like. Story is great with a bit of love story cliché.

Excellent read. I preferred this one to the first Reacher book. I got into the character more and, having read the first novel, have got used to how Lee Child writes. He does good action. And always seems to keep the pace going well
in this book.
Looking forward to the third instalment.

Shelves: thrillers, crime-thriller, suspense

It took a while for me to get into the story. I thought in dragged a little but once you got past the mid-section it picked up a little. I started the series with such high expectations that have not been met but I will pick up the next one with my fingers crossed.
