I am currently reading The Book of Jubilees because of the references Gerritsen uses in The Mephisto Club, which proved the most riveting work I've read by her. I've also requested The Book of Enoch for the same reason. 'Jubilees' and 'Enoch' were purportedly written two Centuries BC. They had been deemed apocryphal by early Christians and both works were thought to have been lost, until 'Enoch' (translated from Greek) surfaced in the 16th Century. review of another edition
I like how each of the Rizzoli & Isles novels by Tess Gerritsen is so different. There are plenty of authors who play the same game thoughout their series while Tess isn't afraid to delve in to various topics and material. I enjoyed The Mephisto Club - it reminded me of The Da Vinci Code in some ways.
