In this story Maura Isles goes to a convention in Wyoming. She runs into another Dr. who was a classmate of hers. He invites her to go with him, his daughter and 2 friends on an overnight ski trip. As they travel into the mountains their car becomes stuck and they come upon a small cult town, where everyone has disappeared.
