I adore this series, and the gloom and doom I felt after Succubus Dreams was erased by this latest installment. That's not to say that it wasn't without it's emotional ups and downs, but my faith in the characters was restored. I thought the story line was great and had lots of twists and turns (although, unfortunately I knew one critical piece due to having read it in a supposedly non-spoiler thread). I'm optimistic for the Succubus Shadows and what it will bring Georgina, I'm just sad we have

I love Richelle Mead's books, you may sometimes get bored throughout the book but the last page always makes you want to pick up the next one asap. That's exactly what I'm going to do tomorrow. Georgina is one of my favorite characters ever. And to me, she feels like a real person, a friend, someone I love reading about no matter how I feel and what mood I am in. There aren't much stories about Succubus' and I think Mead has done a great job describing one. You want to if not one, be a friend to
