Love Danii and Murdoch's story. A novella that spans the time from Nikolai and Myst storyline up to Conrad and Neomi's book, so it is fun to read tidbits from a different perspective of events that have happened in the previous books. As usual Cole's story is funny and poignant at the same time, as she gives her h/h almost insurmountable obstacles to their path to true love. A great addition to the Immortals After Dark stories.

Deep Kiss of Winter contained two shorter stories. One from Kresley Cole's Immortals After Dark Series, which I absolutely love! I would give the story of Murdoch and Daniela 5 stars! Murdoch being one of the Wroth brothers, I was eagerly anticipating reading this one. Also it was kind of nice to see them struggle a little more with their relationship. Murdoch not sure about being with someone always and Danii not being aloe to touch Murdoch's skin. It was a great story and I love how it turned ...more

This book combines stories from two of my favourite paranormal romance authors Kresley Cole and Gena Showalter. Kresley Cole's Untouchable fits into her Immortals After Dark series (the first book is A Hunger Like No Other) and Gena Showalter's Tempt Me Eternally is part of her Alien Huntress series (the first book is Awaken Me Darkly).

I've only read the first story in this book. If I ever decide to read Gena Showalter, I will go back to this book. Cole's short stories are almost full length novels or else I might have felt cheated that Murdoch's book was a short story.

This story has been playing in the background since The Warlord Wants Forever. It was nice to see what the other side of the story was. Cole proves that she has a really good grasp on the stories she's telling. Plus this story is full of hotness topped off with ...more
