Great classic! Especially if you like adventure. Dumas is the king of romance (not the love kind the literary style). It is the first of a series of 5 books. Don't worry it doesn't leave off with a cliff hanger so you can just read this one. I just started reading the sequel Twenty Years After and so far its just as good. If you liked The Count of Monte Cristo than you'll also like these :-)

Where to start with this book. There was sword fights, action. romance and just about everything. This book, was literally the best I have read in a long time.
