I’m not a big fan of Marissa Meyer but this book actually made my heart hurt, so points for that ;)
The characters were...mysterious in a way...Meyer doesn’t really described much of the characters, because thinking back, all I can remember Cath as is a petite, rule-following lady.
(Not my type since I like the rebels, but eh, everyone deserves a chance ;)
And here comes the beautiful Jest.
He broke my freaking heart, y’all.
That’s probably why this book is called Heartless.
The end made so much sens ...more

This book left me heartless (sorry not sorry for that incredibly horrible pun).
Originally, I pictured it as boring...but it was actually pretty intriguing and interesting. Recommended for anyone who likes a twist in a fairytale, or a fantasy romance novel.
