I straight-up loved this book! But too much remained unresolved for a five-star rating, namely Cath's relationship with Nick & Wren's relationship with Courtney. ...more

. Cath is a Simon Snow superfan and she writes Simon Snow fanfiction. Cath starts college and must learn how to function as a solo entity without her twin, Wren.

Likes:
* Simon Snow is like Harry Potter.
* Reagan, Cath's goth roommate
* Interesting to have fan fiction excerpts from Cath's blog

A part of me thought this might make me want to read the Harry Potter series. I don't identify with the whole Fangirl mentality when it comes to ...more

I did have the occassional nagging feeling that I'd read it before, because the characters have a lot of similarities, especially, to the characters in "Eleanor and Park", but I liked those characters. And, actually, I preferred these versions (and especially this ending!). ...more
