I loved this!!! The Death of Mrs. Westaway is a atmospheric mystery/thriller following a young woman named Harriet who is in serious financial trouble when she gets a letter saying she is a named heir in the will of her supposed grandmother. Quickly she realized that she is NOT the Harriet Westaway they are looking for, but decides to travel to the estate to pose as the granddaughter in hopes of getting enough to pay off her debts. A great one by Ruth Ware. I liked The Woman in Cabin 10, too, so I’m glad that I liked this one as well. I felt just as confused as our main character, Hal, as she tried to maneuver the intricacies of claiming her inheritance from a

My favorite Ruth Ware book thus far! It took me a bit to get into the story, but once it got started I was really pulled in. As other reviewers have pointed out, this book is quite reminiscent of Rebecca which I also enjoyed. It kept me guessing until the end!
4.5 Stars. Great book. This was a little slow to start but I loved the twists and turns it the took. Ruth ware is definitely a must read author for me!
