PC Grant takes off to the Pick and Mix and gets into all sorts of Barney Rubble with the fae. This might be one of my favourites so far, but we still get stuck with quite a few loose ends hanging around at the end. Let’s see where the next book takes us 😃
Rivers of London goes to the country! While there they encounter unicorns? Magical Bees? Elves? Apparently the countryside is more dangerous than anyone ever thought. Peter ends up assisting in the hunt for a missing child after the events of Broken Homes and probably learns more about natural magic than he ever wanted to know, along the way though, he has to battle against dark forces and imaginary friends turned real.
