2021 update: Funny that I last read this book in a February , loved it just the same as always.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is a great representation of childhood innocence.

I can remember Narnia from my childhood, I can not recall if I read this book myself or had it told to me. I believe all children should step in the wardrobe at least once, and if you are a grown up child and haven't ventured in, it's never to late. Excellent, right-paced, lovely to listen to. Each chapter has just the right length, with a perfect blend of the narrator's voice and the characters' acts.
Update: The audio drama, in the end, was magnificent! Applaud to the cast and the direction.

I guess I just don't get the popularity of this book. I have never cared for the story and I don't care for the movie. I understand it's a "classic" of sorts, but it's just not for me. ...more
