Shelves: audio-books, ya, classics, abandoned, comfort-reads, re-reading, introducing-great-new-characters
I loved this book, this series really, as a child. I must have read them 3 or 4 times a year until I was in my mid-teens. And now, when I go back, I find them rather stale and dry. I abandoned this one but will return to it eventually (I opted to listen to the first Harry Potter instead.) So I'm dropping the rating to a 4 from a 5. ...more
