What Members Thought
I'm really glad to be finished with this book. For a short book it took me too long to read. I persevered and didn't hate it but its not really my cup of tea. It was different than I expected. I knew it was about a WWII prisoner of war experience during the bombing of Dresden but I was not prepared for space aliens and time travel.

Absurd, cracked me up the whole time. An anti-war book and had some really interesting ideas about time - everything is happening at once, not on a horizontal timeline...
I didn't realize this was going to be such a quirky book. I think I would actually give it 4.5 stars. I don't even know what to say about it. It was painful and raw but funny. It was definitely a unique depiction of war.
