Ah, Eleanor- she’s such a great character who comes through a great tragedy that she can hardly remember to become a socially maladjusted adult who is struggling to make her way in a world that she doesn’t comprehend. Being forced into the world through a series of moments with her friend from work, Raymond, causes her to confront her demons, and come to terms with who she has become- a strong, bright capable woman who might have a few flaws, but is more than able to make her own way.

Eleanor herself is completely charming between her innocence and her very Sheldon-esque comments. I giggled at her

I've finished this book a few weeks ago and still don't know how to rate it.
I've listened to the audiobook and I wish I had read the book the normal way instead. I just didn't like the narration, it took me out of the story all the time because of the narrator's accent. I also think the book cover and the title doesn't match the theme of the book at all, to me it looks & sounds so much like chick lit or a cheap romance novel, kinda ruined the reading experience.
Anyway, besides all of that I thi
