Colleen Hoover did it again! Oh my gosh, this book was so. freaking. good. I loved every single page of it, and that plot twist had me in tears (that's something as I rarely cry while reading). The overall concept was so unique, and I also really liked how significant the day November 9th was in the book.
This has definitely become my new favorite CoHo book. I honestly can't recommend it enough — if you haven't picked up any books by this author before, GO READ THIS ONE FIRST. ...more

What an addicting read. I love the quick pacing with the story jumping to the same day year after year, so we see the characters get to know each other and fall in love in snapshots. But the story never felt rushed which I appreciated. Fate is a four letter word that has dragged Ben and Fallon into each other's lives and we see them being entangled, fighting each other, and themselves as the years go by.

Another great book by Colleen Hoover!
Sweet and addicting, this book held my attention from start to finish. I loved the 'book within a book' aspect of the novel, and the last 20% I did NOT see coming.
The only thing holding me back from a 5 is the fact that the once-a-year factor of the novel left things slightly anticlimactic...With this kind of drama, there's no way I would expect patience enough to hold off for the same day each year. So while I loved the idea and it seemed believable initial ...more

5 Things I Liked About November 9
#1 The main characters
We learn in the first chapter that Fallon was almost killed in a fire two years before the book’s opening. She has scars down the left side of her body that she’s ashamed of, but Ben sees her insecurities, and despite the way she feels about herself, he thinks she’s beautiful.
I instantly liked Ben because of his ability to look past her physical appearance and see her inner beauty. Over the course of the story, Fallon learns to accept who sh ...more

Colleen Hoover writes another amazing book! I loved Fallon and Ben and the relationship they have started. The plot twist in this book is HUGE! I didn't expect it at all, I expected my heart to go out to Fallon throughout this whole book, I never expected my heart to completely break for Ben.
I loved how Miles and Tate from Ugly Love were brought into this book! I think that was my absolute favorite part, I love seeing how other characters from her previous novels are doing.

Ben and Fallon meet on November the 9th when she is moving to New York and instantly feel a connection and agree to meet every November 9th after that to see if the connection remains.
So at the time I read this I enjoyed it and thought it was a fun read, but then I saw a review (https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...) that made me think a lot. This review talked about how Ben was manipulative and abusive.

Colleen Hoover broke my heart in a thousand pieces and pieced them back together in one novel. She is just the best at writing New Adult. November 9 could be my new favorite Colleen Hoover book! The story , the characters were refreshing and just perfect in their own way. I was so happy when the novel mentioned Miles and Tate. Aaaaah! Just loved this novel to death.

After every CoHo, I wonder, there’s no way it can get any better. I still say It Ends With Us was one of the best and most powerful, however November 9 is one that I can definitely reread numerous times and not get tired of. It was the novel that I was actually heartbroken in different instances since time was a huge factor – waiting a year to communicate and see the other person was dramatic and emotional. Hoover has such a way of intertwining the main characters stories so that yes, they may s
