if you've read any books from the black dagger brotherhood series, you've pretty much read this one. pack of burly, hot, cursed-to-defend-humanity sorts of dudes hang out in their secret enclave and then get bonded for life to some chicks. it's a zippy, quick read, and i must say that i enjoy the lack of extraneous r's and h's from the BDB series, but there's little new or original here.
