You may not like this book. You may not like how it is written. You may not like that some chapters consist of one page. You may get frustrated with Malorie. I ask that be you be careful and not judge her too harshly. I could not put this down. At the same time, there were places in the book that I needed to get away from. While I am not a reader of the burgeoning tales of survival, I find myself reading them more and more each day. This book, however, is quite an awesome tail of survival and horror that grips you by the throat . Is exactly the kind of book I love to read. It holds your interest right to the very end and whomps you with a few twists. My only hope is that there is a book number two in the works.

Incredible and shocking. As a mom of two young children parts of this book hit me hard and I cried at the end. I listened to the audiobook and it was excellent. Hard to pause. Enjoyed the writing too!
