I would put Nalini Singh, Ilona Andrews and Patricia Briggs into one category because those writers create such a fascinating world and this is one. Swoon worthy Gabriel and fierce Elena will never fail to make such an intense story. I fell in love with Elena on the first page, from her strong personality and her ability to protect her loved ones. I couldn't stop re reading when Gabriel and Elena fell together, to imagine an Archangel loving true. ...more

I liked this story alot.It was a wonderful take on angels and vampires not to mention humans.I loved the relationship between Raphael and Elena but also getting to know Dimitri,Jason,Venom,Illium.I recommend this story highly.
