The first 80 pages are the conclusion of The Mule storyline, and these were the highlight of the trilogy for me, so 4⭐️s for that.
The remaining 100+ pages are the Arkady story, which is some of the worst, barely made it through it, so a generous 2⭐️s for that.
No way am I continuing with this series, and even 3⭐️s feel very generous.
