Let me begin with my adoration for this one character that I've loved from the very beginning. I blame my goldfish-like memory for not mentioning this before, but I absolutely adore the caith sith, Grimalkin!! His amusement amuses me, every time. And he's just the one character that always comes through.

This book for me, was all about the forbidden love between Meghan and Ash. If you've read any of my reviews you'll know I'm a softie for a strong love interest and a strong female lead. As book one, this book was beautifully written with reams of imagination in its world building.
