4.4 I loved it but I didn't love the experience, completly. Why ? A character didn't act like I wanted him to, and there was too much detailing. Oh yeh that makes sense. LOL
I wanted better for my boy George. I knew him as a sweet innocent child, I watched him grow, and loved him. It was hard to watch the man who is now so dark, left with no trace of that boy I loved. I think this is the first time I've read a book where I fell for the child and had to face the grown up they became.

I'm loving this series so far. It's great learning more about the characters. My favorites are Dina and Caldenia. The new characters introduced were interesting and so I hope to see them again especially Sophie. Wondering what was going to happen with the peace summit definitely kept my attention. Seeing Dina deal with all the problems and surprises that occurred while still making sure her Innkeeper duties were taken care of. George was very manipulative and unlikable. I enjoyed my reread and enjoyed it even more reading it end to end -even though the serial was fun. Loved seeing George, Jack and Lark again. Looking forward to more of Dina and the Inn.

From first read June 2015.Can't wait for the whole thing to be released - more development is to be added in places. Thank you to the Andrews though for the serial - it was fun to have new episodes to enjoy:) ...more
