Gah 5 brilliant stars!! I couldn't put this book down I seriously couldn't but then again I was hook on the boys and Sam since book one. I can't believe all the drama WOW! But that's what keep me so hooked and glued to this book. Wish I had more time so I can go into book 3 I know more drama is waiting for me there. But God damn MASON AND LOGAN gah OMG! they are fantabulous love them HARD!!!<3 <3 ...more

First off I want to say that I love Tijan, and ALL of her books! I really enjoyed the first Fallen Crest book, but was a little disappointed with the transition into the 2nd book! At first it felt like I was reading a totally different book.

One of the main reasons I fell in love with Sam was her strength in knowing who she was and what she wanted. In this book she was completely weak and I felt like she was a different character all together!

The Kades are awesome and again to-die-for! I was at times a little lost with the dynamic between Nate, Logan, and Mason. I did have to read a few parts over to really understand the true intentions that author was trying to convey thought the characters.

On a major plus, there was much more lust and passion in this book. I do wish that Adam would try harder for Sam though. A few times I thought that Sam would slip,or get drunk and kiss him causing drama, but I was so glad that that did NOT happen. I was also worried that Mason might mess up and cheat on Sam, but THANK GOD that did NOT happen!!!!

In this book, Sam and Logan shred a very special moment in the car where Logan was "joking around" trying to get Sam to feel better, by talking about how in this world, they could not be together, but in a hypothetical world they would goto Vegas, or Paris and "be together"....and that made me wonder if that was foreshadowing or just fun?! I always had a feeling that Logan loved Sam but I was not sure if it was in that way...he always talks about Mason and Sam's sex life like it is nothing . If he really does love her more than a brother, than that is a little creepy.

I love the character addition of Heather!! he line about falling in love with Sam and being a lesbian was so cute and really showed how funny she could be while still expressing her love for her dear new friend. Now she IS A VERY strong female character ! kinda reminds D's me of Sam in the first book! (hint hint)

Overall, I really enjoyed the book and can't wait till the next one comes out! ...more
