A selection of short stories strung together as Tommy and Tuppence take over a private detective's office. There's the overarching mystery of international spies, but the other stories range from simple to serious. Add to that, T&T take the opportunity to pretend to be literary detectives. I know Holmes, of course, and Poirot, but I don't recognize others they discuss like McCarty, the Brothers Okewood, or Reggie Fortune and Superintendent Bell. I usually like Agatha Christie's mystery novels but this was the most boring book by her I have read.
This is a Collection of short stories about a married couple who are bored and start a detecetive firm.
The dialouges are lika a Noel Coward paly.
There are those who Think Reading is boring. This book prolve them right.

Fun little conceit in which our intrepid couple take on cases similar to other famous sleuths, the last of course being Hercule Poirot!
