This was a re-read for me, as I hadn't read it in 40 years at least. Even though I knew the plot and the ending, as so many of us do, I enjoyed it just as much the second time. And now that I've lived more, I also see the conflict of good and evil—and also the harmony between them—in this novel that I only viewed as an excellent "puzzle" on first reading.
