This has always been one of my favorite Miss Marple books, and that's saying a lot. Part of that is because I love the setting. Not only is it the perfect place for our collection of people to meet, but Bertram's Hotel actually becomes a character in the story. I'd love to stay there if I could because it's such a wonderful place to visit. I also like a lot of the characters who gather at Bertram's. Canon Pennyfather is adorable, Lady Selina makes me smile, Bess is compelling... it's a wonderful ...more
