This book rocks! O.K., maybe 'rocks!' isn't the right word for it, but I love this book. 1001 Arabian nights has nothing on Catherynne M.Valente. I tried to start her book Labyrinth, but it was too surreal. 'In the Night Garden' on the other hand, has a progression to it I can follow.
O.k., let's be honest, if I smoked less pot maybe I could follow her other book.

i see what people mean about this book- it is very old-fashioned in style with the types of fairy tales that make up the story. Not too far into it but i like
