Shelves: books-i-own, 2015-reads

It's an easy and fast read.
I expected much more because of all the hype around that book, but it had the usual plot holes of some of the books.

Unfortunately the characters lack depth, they are too perfect. Actually everything works too perfectly and all the time I had a feeling I read it all somewhere before. It could have been a much better book. It's nothing truly original.

deciding whether to continue with the trilogy or not /: it was okay. Definitely not what i was expecting but not in a bad way... not in a hurry to get the second one.

Bringing this down to a 3 stars because upon reading it again, I noticed some problems that I had with this book that I overlooked before. The fact that Juliette’s confidence stemmed from a guy and she has no will and strength without him really bothered me. Also, some of the scenes with Warner, especially at the end, rubbed me the wrong way.
