Man, I don't know why it took me so long to continue with this series, because that was a RIDE. The world Ransom Riggs has created with these novels is so incredibly fascinating. All the different peculiar abilities, the twists and turns, all of it from start to finish is just a wonder for the mind to experience.

I liked the first book in this series more. Parts of this book just moved too slowly for my taste. But I was definitely surprised by the ending and I plan on finishing the rest of the series.
